Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Strategy and Enablement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and capabilities within the advanced advertising space, with a focus on technical solutions such as clean rooms, APIs, and data matching methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize products that meet client needs and industry standards. Additionally, you will maintain effective training curriculums, measure program impact, and engage directly with clients to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive education on product functionality and industry knowledge with a technical focus on data integration strategies such as clean rooms, APIs, and data sharing.
  • Create clear communication of requirements and priorities for engineering, and oversee the process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain an effective training curriculum and materials to support go-to-market teams, ensuring they are well-versed in current data integration techniques and products
  • Measure and continuously seek to improve the operational efficiency of supported products, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to identify areas for optimization and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Operations and Engineering teams to assess needs and make continual improvements, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets their requirements.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, focusing on data integration capabilities and data products and solutions.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including technical documentation, product guides, and FAQs, to assist the sales team in effectively communicating product value to clients.
  • Capture and translate client feedback into requirements and specifications that ensure continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in a technical-focused role, including Product Management, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Software Engineering within AdTech, MarTech or Data Analytics business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of privacy-compliant data workflows, including the ability to design, implement, and manage data processes that adhere to regulatory standards and ensure data protection
  • Extensive experience with enterprise data analytics platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, including proficiency in managing, analyzing, and optimizing large-scale data systems and technologies for enhanced business insights and decision-making
  • Experience with cloud-based environments, including but not limited to AWS, GCP, Azure, as well as proficiency in managing and deploying applications, services, and infrastructure within these platforms
  • Proven experience developing products in ad tech, audience targeting, campaign measurement, and predictive analytics, leveraging advanced AI techniques and continuously learning models to optimize performance and drive innovation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Experience in sales enablement, including creating and delivering training materials and supporting sales teams with technical expertise.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for clients and sales teams.
  • Work in the office 2days a week.
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $76,500 -$135,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a Sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
