Description
The Clinical Director's primary responsibility is to provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality CCBHC mental health, substance use, and behavioral services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical environment and fostering a culture of excellence within the department of Women's Justice Programs (WJP) including Women in Recovery, Continuing Care, and Women's Justice Team. Work collaboratively with program leadership within WJP supervisor to promote clinical excellence, ensure excellent clinical supervision and high documentation standards. The Clinical Director provides dynamic leadership and is responsible for developing an effective workforce, positive work environment, and promoting program growth and development. The position will supervise a staff of clinical supervisors and interns, to ensure the maintenance of high professional standards, quality services and responsible management service provision. Demonstrates knowledge of co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention, and appropriate evidence based practices and interventions for justice involved individuals, families and groups. Requires a Master's Degree in a mental health specialty. Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT with 5 years clinical experience. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. Education
