OVERVIEW
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the executional aspects of creating and implementing data tools and systems. This role will focus on developing and maintaining data models, building analytics tools, and supporting the implementation of new data systems to enhance the Supply Chain's digital analytics capabilities. Additionally, as a member of the Supply Chain Strategy team, this role will contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of supply chain operations, driving key analytics to inform business decision-making.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tool Development:Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business needs
- System Implementation Support:Partner with the Center of Excellence team to assist in the implementation of new data systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are integrated seamlessly with existing systems
- Data Validation:Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
- User Training:Provide training and support to end-users on new data tools and systems
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet their needs
- Documentation:Develop and maintain documentation for data models, tools, and systems to ensure clarity and consistency
- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data capabilities
- Ad Hoc Analysis:Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders
- Systems Expertise: Develop mastery in key supply chain systems to develop new analytical capabilities and improve efficiency and effort of current reports
- Project Support: Support corporate Supply Chain projects (e.g. equipment relocation, significant capacity changes, and portfolio of cost-efficiency improvement projects) by leading key analyses and providing recommendations
WORK EXPERIENCES
- Background in Supply Chain. 3-5 years of industry experience preferably in Consumer Products
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Java and Excel
- Experience with programming languages such as DAX, Python, and M to create complex models and tools.
- Experience with data system implementation and integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Technically inclined to rapidly learn new functionalities of complex information systems
- Capable of data mining / data gathering to model complex business situations.
- Working knowledge of SAP Supply Chain functionalities
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrated ability to understand issues, develop plans and set metrics to measure progress towards goals
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with preferences in Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus

SALARY PAY RANGE: $77,500 - $143,500
The expected pay range for this position is $77,500-$143,500 and will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
