Job Title - Project Analyst Duration - 3+ Months Location - San Diego, CA Top 5 Required Skill: 2+ years' experience in Project analysis Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce Strong intermediate skills in Data Analysis including understanding issue trend, finding ways to optimize and improve productivity metrics. 2+ years' experience with Scrum Master Duties - (Run meetings, follow up, issue trends, corrective actions etc.) Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal Technologies: Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Required Education: Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Contributes to and updates project planning activities (e.g., plans, schedules, and work breakdown structure) to support Project Managers or Leads on moderately sized projects or processes. With support and guidance from managers, develops methods for tracking the progress and execution of moderately complex projects/processes to ensure deadlines are met. Assists with implementing new and established processes and methods (e.g., tracking tools, schedules, databases, documentation management systems) Coordinates across teams for moderately sized projects to identify and meet needs, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
