Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot Expert) - Freelance/Contract

A fast-paced B2B SaaS company is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to support a high-volume period of project execution over the next three months.

What We Need:

We're looking for a proactive, experienced marketing operations contractor who can jump in immediately and execute-no ramp-up time, no heavy onboarding, just results. This role is not for a strategist or consultant-it's for someone who loves doing the work.

What you'll be doing:

• HubSpot Mastery: You'll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot, leveraging it across CMS, marketing, and service functions.
• Automation & Nurturing: Setting up and optimizing email sequences and complex workflows within HubSpot.
• Lead Management: Developing and refining lead scoring models to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Chatbot Management: Reinstating and optimizing our HubSpot chatbot functionalities.
• CMS & Documentation: Collaborating on CMS team documentation and training initiatives.
• Leveraging AI: Utilizing HubSpot's AI capabilities ("Breeze") to enhance marketing operations.

What you'll bring:

• Senior-level experience in Marketing Operations, with a proven track record of independent execution.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot across its marketing, CMS, and service hubs.
• HubSpot Certifications are a must.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead nurturing, and CRM integration.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for a contract term of at least 3 months, covering the summer period.
• Significant time zone overlap with Pacific Time (San Diego) is highly desired for seamless collaboration.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $60 - $75 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
