Our SDG team in Orville, OH is looking for a Program Manager to join their dynamic team. You will report directly to the Contracts Manager and enjoy an on-site, collaborative and flexible working environment.

As our Program Manager, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

  • Support the design, implementation, or delivery of projects, processes, and/or programs

  • Management of projects and programs via activities including planning, organizing, and controlling

  • Provide guidance on project/program scope changes, quality assurance standards, and other technical aspects of the project

  • Evaluate viability of potential bids, workstreams and concurrent timelines with other business activities

  • Gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership

  • Review/audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing

  • Develop program management best practices/templates and providing training/mentoring to project teams

  • Support staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs.

To be considered for this Program Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; preferred disciplines including Business, Engineering or relevant Technical degree

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role within a design and manufacturing environment

  • Deep understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles of project/program management

  • Keen problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver effective solutions to complex problems

  • Strong technical skills to include intermediate-level (or higher) knowledge of MS Project (and the entire MS Office suite); SAP experience is helpful!

  • Aerospace/defense industry experience preferred

Salary Range Transparency:

Orrville, OH $80,000.00-$110,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
