- Process all Ryan insurance certificate requests including review of insurance contract provisions for inclusion in certificate.
- Manage Ryan's Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) - Track upcoming projects, provide quotes, provide CCIP documents to team, complete application, conduct meetings with project teams to review the process, assist administrator with subcontractor enrollment, collect certificates, provide teams with weekly enrollment documentation and complete project closeout.
- Manage Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) - Track upcoming projects, review OCIP Manual requirements and conduct meeting with project team to review requirements, assist administrator with subcontractor enrollments, provide teams with weekly enrollment documentation.
- Obtain subcontractor certificates of insurance for a regional office.
- Provide backup to Subcontractor Insurance Coordinators who also collect subcontractor insurance certificates.
- Assist Sr. Director - Risk Management and team with special projects.
- Additional opportunities may include managing claims, tracking safety statistics and/or maintaining insurance policies.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work independently, as well as with others in a collaborative environment and matrix organizational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and quality with a strong focus on customer service and appropriate sense of urgency and good judgment in varied situations.
- Ability to concentrate on tasks, make decisions and work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain stamina throughout a standard workday, on- and off-site as well as maintain regular attendance during required work hours.

You will really stand out if you have:
- Previous experience with risk management and insurance would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Compensation: The base pay is $23.80 - $32.00 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Benefits:
