The Role

The Senior Vice President Large Enterprise will use their extensive multi-channel leadership experience and segment knowledge to drive sales and maximize revenue at Lumen through its next phase of growth. This highly strategic sales leader will have experience in Data Networking, Security, Compute, and Infrastructure solutions. An ideal candidate will have led a team through a consumption journey and with proven success driving a transformation with both the sales and customer success teams.

The SVP Large Enterprise should be well versed in the best processes and have keen and refined ways to drive accountability and results, while maintaining a highly engaged positive culture across a large team. They will lead with a growth mindset, influence customers, and promote seller adoption of emerging technology offerings. Key differentiators for this leader, will be success in building collaborative outcome-oriented teams, driving a culture that enables change, having customer obsession, and leading with clarity and courage while promoting team, trust, transparency, and respect.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Be a leading voice and partner in driving organization change in readiness to address significant growth opportunities.
  • Lead the business strategy to find and penetrate new market opportunities.
  • Key contributor in designing go-to-market product, pricing, and promotion solutions in concert with offer management, product, marketing, and network planning.
  • Define overall segment strategy with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and other internal partners to increase funnel volumes.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop multi-channel sales leaders, resolve cross channel conflicts, remove organizational barriers, and supply a culture of positive recognition and feedback.
  • Evaluate, retain, hire, and build a valuable evolving sales force that maximizes revenue growth within defined routes to market, segments, and geographies.
  • Deliver weekly forecast & delivery commitment to Chief Revenue Officer, and be responsible for accurate reporting and resolution of outstanding sales, revenue, and billing.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of senior sales management experience (at the Senior Vice President or equivalent level) managing a geographically distributed team of senior sales leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets.
  • Successful record bidding and winning sales through strategic targeting and execution.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$310,086 - $420,000 in all states.
