What Marketing Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Marketing Operations is a solution and service focused team aimed at enabling processes that empower our Sales and Marketing teams to drive efficient and positive customer-facing interactions. This includes several critical processes that are highly cross-functional and technical, managed within Salesforce.com, spanning the entire selling process. The Sr. Manager Sample Center & Emergency Stock Allocation Programs will oversee two business-critical programs: the Sample Center program and the Emergency Stock Allocation (EMER) program. The Sample Center is a solution for internal employees to place orders for sample products, while EMER focuses on allocating and prioritizing customer backorders. The Sr. Manager will manage these programs daily, evolve solutions for efficiency, lead cross-functional teams, consult with internal customers, and maintain business priorities. Responsibilities
- Serve as SME on how the Sample Center & EMER processes operate acting as main point of contact to provide resources and assistance primarily to Sales and Marketing.
- Drive the strategy behind offering a seamless solution for products ordered, assessing where opportunities for improvement exist, and demonstrate the impact sample cases have on the selling process to show value on overall Global Medical Products & Distribution business.
- Identify and move forward process improvement initiatives working closely with the SF.com Admin team to make changes within the system as needed.
- Collaborate and partner with a large CHIP (Cardinal Health in Philippines) Customer Service team that executes both Samples and EMER requests.
- Work closely with inventory team, Customer Service, operations, compliance, and IT to maintain and improve processes, updating SOPs when necessary.
- Report on the performance of sample product fulfillment and share with cross-functional partners.
- Hold regular feedback and engagement sessions with Sales and Marketing partners to ensure Voice of Customer and Business are top of mind to prioritize projects.
- Share insights, improvements, and suggestions with leadership, collaborating with Marketing Operations Department peers.
- Maintain training documents and resources via Highspot.
- Take on additional Commercial Enablement projects as the scope and vision of the department is defined by its leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- 8 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and/or Healthcare Marketing preferred
- Self-motivated, driven and independent work style
- Project and Program Management skills required
- Continuous improvement approach to owning the solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Dashboard/Report functionality preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with disparate data sources, joining them together and analyzing the data to make decisions and share out state of the business
- Ability to build strong internal relationships, and lead by influence, to affect change across groups outside of their direct function
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects based on feedback provided from the field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable facilitating large training sessions and presenting to leadership as needed
- Experience with maintaining and creating training documents/videos and taking ownership of Highspot page
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or commercial teams
- Ability to recognize evolving trends and implement solutions quickly, ensuring cross functional partners are aligned
- Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge and experience is preferred
- Brings a customer service mindset to their day-to-day work to assist cross-functional partners as required to ensure business moves forward

Anticipated salary range:$103,500 - $147,900 ** The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidates geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
