As our *Talent Acquisition Admin*, you'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar making sure every candidate and hiring manager has a smooth, efficient, and downright delightful experience. *What You'll Be Rockin' Every Day:* * *Interview Maestro* - Schedule phone screens, virtual chats, and in-person interviews like a pro. You'll be the go-to for making sure everyone's in the right place at the right time. * *Agency Ally* - Partner with staffing agencies to keep the temp hiring process flowing like a breeze. * *ATS Wizardry* - Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date and humming. You'll be the keeper of candidate statuses and job postings. * *Admin Extraordinaire* - From compiling recruitment metrics to maintaining docs, you'll keep our team organized and on point. * *Process Pro* - Work with our Talent Acquisition Partners to make our processes even better. Got ideas? We're all ears! *What You Bring to the Table:* * 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or admin support (bonus points for healthcare experience!) * Microsoft Office Suite? Smartsheet? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
