Production Assistant - Home Loans

Primary Purpose of Job

Supports the Home Loans team by performing general administrative functions for all Residential Loan Officers.

Major Job Accountabilities

Performs administrative and general support functions for all Residential Loan Officers, which includes but is not limited to:

• Generating, reviewing, and delivering disclosures in a timely manner.
• Meet multiple priorities and project due dates.

Experience Required

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in residential lending or related industry.
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and Jumbo processing requirements.

Required Skills or Training

• Demonstrated work experience in direct customer service and/or sales assistance experience in a retail, financial institution or financial services industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality of all information contained in the loan file.
