POSITION SUMMARY: Working as a member of the Major Gifts and Individual Giving team, the Development Officer will be responsible for engaging individual donors and prospects in the mission and work of BMC. He/She will contribute to the team's fundraising goals by building a pipeline of donors who have the capacity to make high five-figure and low-six-figure gifts, as well as qualifying new prospects through our grateful patient screening process This role will primary be working in a discovery portfolio and report to the Director of Major Gifts & Individual Giving ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Job Requirements REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Prior experience and familiarity with partnering with clinical and programmatic leadership strongly preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
