This 600,000 square foot processing plant has 3 production lines and can produce up to 80 million pounds per year of Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). This volume represents more than 30% of Ocean Spray's North American Sweetened Dried Cranberry volume and is operated with a workforce of approximately 200 team members. TheMaintenance Electricianposition is a 12-hour rotating shift from 6pm-6am with rotating weekends off. The starting rate is $45.41 per hour plus a shift differential. Position Overview: The primary responsibilities of this position are to proficiently perform the duties associated with the installation, troubleshooting and repair of all electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes. Other duties and responsibilities of this position include the installation, maintenance and repair of processing and packaging equipment, along with any other duties assigned to support the needs of the business. What We're Looking For?
Will be required to troubleshoot and repair all processing and packing equipment as well as all plant mechanical equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, water and waste systems.
Operates, maintains, cleans, adjusts, and performs routine maintenance including lubrication, PM's and changeover assistance as required.
May develop, write and maintain JSAs, CBMs, PMs and WOs for both electrical and mechanical equipment using the facility's computer systems and CMMS system.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
High school diploma, or equivalent preferred. Must possess Massachusetts Electrician Journeyman's license and strong knowledge of mechanical systems. Capable of reading, interpreting, and applying such understanding of electrical/mechanical blueprints and drawings.
