Primary Function

The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral part of our marketing team and is responsible for driving customer engagement and new customer acquisition, as well as supporting the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with our marketing, product, and sales teams to proactively market to all ideal audiences via the web, email marketing, social, and other digital outreach. This individual will also ensure the current MarTech stack is configured as effectively as possible to create the optimal customer experience while increasing team efficiencies.

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the senior marketing manager and will collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the company's online presence by using web tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Google AdWords, Hubspot, WPEngine and agency partners.
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies and tactics for both organic and paid search programs.
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones via CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce).
  • Assist in the creation of blog content and online destination pages ensuring appropriate interfaces are incorporated for each initiative
  • Design and develop social media campaigns and ongoing efforts that support business goals
  • Develop and maintain a digital creative marketing calendar
  • Consult with the team to ensure digital efforts are aligned and facilitating business goals
  • Help manage and configure the Martech stack to improve the customer experience and improve internal efficiencies
  • Present updates on the progress of marketing activities and the results
  • Gather metrics for digital marketing efforts, compile reports and refine approach based on findings
  • Manage and work with external agencies.
  • Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing; B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Highly creative in devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills. Able to manage and prioritize various project types that vary in timing, scope, andscale.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, social media advertising, and display networks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytic and able to interpret data, identify issues, formulate hypotheses, and turn insights into action.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
