Fillauer is seeking a Planning and Procurement Manager to lead our U.S. operations planning and procurement team to the next level of performance and efficiency. This role will play a critical part in aligning supply chain strategy with business objectives, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement and inventory management. The Planning and Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, identifying new potential suppliers, monitoring market trends, and overseeing the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents. The Planning and Procurement Manager will also lead, coach, and develop members of the planning and procurement teams to build a high performing, motivated, and accountable workforce. Your Impact

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for this people management position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at forecasting and planning. These qualities ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting the company's overall operational goals. Pay range of ($90,000.00 - $115,000.00) + benefits.
