Learn more at flexera.com The Associate Project Coordinator Intern is an entry-level role designed to provide foundational experience in project coordination and management. Working closely with senior team members, the Associate Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This role focuses on administrative tasks, documentation, and communication, enabling successful project delivery while gaining exposure to organizational tools, processes, and best practices.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Support:
- Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Update project trackers, logs, and documentation to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules under the guidance of senior team members.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and format project-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and templates.
- Maintain organized and accessible repositories for project documentation and resources.
- Support the preparation of status updates and project progress reports.
Communication and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Act as a central point of contact for basic project-related queries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather updates, feedback, and inputs for projects.
- Assist senior team members in engaging with clients and stakeholders by preparing correspondence and summaries.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop foundational project management skills.
- Observe and participate in project meetings to understand workflows and processes.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Assist in maintaining risk and issue logs, updating statuses, and escalating items as required.
- Contribute to identifying potential risks or issues in projects and suggest basic mitigation actions.
Quality Assurance:
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet organizational quality standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Provide general support to the project management team as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment by participating in team discussions and activities.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Professional Skills:
Digital & Tech Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Certinia, MS Project, Monday.com or similar software (desirable).
- An interest in learning technical aspects of project management software and tools.
- An interest in learning Snow and Flexera products

Qualifications/Certifications:
- Pursuing University degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, or a related field (desirable).
Experience:
- No prior experience required; internships or part-time roles in a project or administrative environment are beneficial.
