Central Resources Coordinator

Under the direction of the Central Resources Manager to process regional equipment movement.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Movement

• Analyze usage of company owned equipment across multiple cities
• Identify cost efficient movements
• Must be able to work with both physical and virtual inventory to forecast needs at least 30 days in advance
• Collect and review city documentation and billing accounts are accurate
• Maintaining inventory lists for multiple cities
• Process internal reservations to support show needs.

Reservation System

• Process all reservation product via Trace System.
• Coordinate with Depots to process orders.
• Maintain inventory levels in Trace System.

Qualifications:

• Two years' experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Knowledge of convention industry preferred
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Able to work effectively as a team player
• Able to manage to achieve quantifiable goals
