The Cardiology Practice in Damariscotta is currently seeking a Clinical Practice Supervisor to join our growing team in Damariscotta! This dynamic role is ideal for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about both patient care and team leadership. Position Summary: The Clinical Practice Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cardiology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical and administrative staff. This role combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and promoting a collaborative care environment.
