For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
  • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Cardiology Practice in Damariscotta is currently seeking a Clinical Practice Supervisor to join our growing team in Damariscotta! This dynamic role is ideal for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about both patient care and team leadership.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Practice Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cardiology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical and administrative staff. This role combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and promoting a collaborative care environment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.
