Salary: Minimum starting at $23.00/hour

Work Environment: Manufacturing

Hours: 1st Shift

Position Overview: We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our Shipping team in Manitowoc, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning outbound traffic operations to ensure efficient truck scheduling, customer service support, export documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning outbound shipments, managing truck schedules, and optimizing load capacities
• Providing customer service support by solving shipping problems and responding to inquiries
• Preparing or monitoring export documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts through process evaluation and suggestions
• Maintaining safety standards and training new employees on PPE and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years in an entry-level transportation position, or 1-3 years as a Transportation Team Leader preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication
• A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience with BPCS systems or a willingness to learn
