Job Title: PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duration: Contract Location: Smyrna, TN 37167 Schedule: 2^nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (7.5 hrs./day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (11 hrs./day with two 1-hour unpaid lunch breaks) Role: On Site Role & Responsibilities: Perform triage and assess students in the First Aid Center. Monitor and record vital signs. Oversee and document self-administered medications. Provide treatments per healthcare provider orders. Respond to campus medical emergencies. Maintain accurate student medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff. Attend meetings and follow clinical protocols. Administer care in a school-based setting. Assist with ADLs and adaptive equipment as needed. Manage medical supplies and inventory. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and professionalism. Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Required Qualifications: Current LPN license in Tennessee. Knowledge of basic clinical and lab practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with EMR systems. Strong communication and teaching skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
