Job Summary: Provides timely and accurate customer service via phone and email. Typical inquiries include job status, meter set and permitting inquiries, requests for disconnect or reconnects and streetlight replacement requests. With guidance, provides essential support to Power Delivery Solutions by through creation of basic work orders and maps, correcting GIS mapping errors, creating ESI ID numbers, running reports and conducting partial service investigations. Manages administrative functions such as filing, processing of accounts receivables, performing notary functions, processing expense reports, issuing facility and fleet requests, coordinating meetings (such as Blood Drives), processing mail and ordering office supplies. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and email inquiries from internal and external customers. With direction, take steps to research and resolve the inquiry if possible or route the inquiry as required
- With guidance, research job status, permit status, reason codes and other information sources to provide timely and accurate customer information
- Receives training to create basic work orders, including maps, as needed for certain order types such as tree trimming, rotten pole replacement or transformer change out
- Research and resolve mapping errors with guidance.
- Learns to run SAP reports, such as the notifications report, and make assignments as directed by leadership.
- Perform filing and archiving tasks according to department and corporate policies
- Process accounts receivable invoices and reimbursements through SAP
- Obtain and maintain a notary license and perform notary functions as needed.
- Process requests for fleet or facilities maintenance as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events such as Blood Drives and luncheons
Education:
- Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate fractions and calculate percentages), grammar and punctuation.
Experience:
- Requires two years of customer service experience and administrative or office experience requiring regular exercise of initiative, judgment and attention to detail.
- Able to use PC software including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database management, graphics, SharePoint and report writers.
- Able to organize workflow and use creativity to produce quality work products and services.
- Able to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
- Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Able to utilize integrated mainframe system to prepare expense accounts, create accounts payable requests, generate reports and access confidential records.

- Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and /or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Able to bend, stoop, squat and/or kneel for filing and must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions:
- Able to supportEmergency Operating Plan and work extended hours during a 24/7 emergency event.
- Able to work in an office environment with moderate pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to work overtime occasionally(scheduled and unscheduled), as needed to meet established deadlines.
- Able to be highly dependable and reliable, including punctual and regular attendance.
- Able to travel occasionally to meetings or for training, very infrequently overnight.
