About the Opportunity

The Senior Lead, Operations Data and Analysis for the Design & Development team is the backbone of this department. They are the custodians of data and information vital to the performance, efficiency and tracking of our goals. Working across Development, Technology, Design, Product and Finance, they will lead the department in giving true insight for key stakeholders to gain visibility and to act accordingly. They will own operational reports that deliver the key data, for the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather, clean, transform and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.

  • Link data sets together from different sources and systems in order to maximize business intelligence and value.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Present findings and insights to senior management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business operations.

  • Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement solutions.

Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive operational efficiency.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and systems based on data analysis.

Strategic Support:

  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Assist in the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay:$88,500 to $118,000 annually

Incentive Compensation:WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
