Job Description
Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources for our Support Center Office (headquarters) will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational development and performance management, training and development. You will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, our leadership, and our Associates. Pay Rate: $160,000 - $200,000/yr depending on background and experience. This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
