The Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, offers sophisticated capabilities (people, process & tools) to resolve unique problems in space, cyber, and special operations in support to military services, Secretary of Defense offices (OSD) and theater warfighters. Our portfolio includes the Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Space Acquisition & Integration (SAF/SQ), Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC), Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP), National Space Defense Center (NSDC), Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC), Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO), US Space Command (USSPACECOM) and US Space Force (USSF). SPA has a future need for a highly-qualified NASIC Program Manager.



Responsibilities

SPA is looking for a Program Manager to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position leads the application and advancement of critical intelligence disciplines such as Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME). NASIC's mission is to discover and characterize air, space, missile, and cyber threats to enable full-spectrum multi-domain operations, drive weapon system acquisition, and inform national defense policy. NASIC's enduring ability to delivery authoritative, engineering-level scientific and technical intelligence is pivotal in our Nation's defense.

    Provide expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of NASIC missions.
  • Consult on program execution to include multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and/or risk identification on technical and developmental issues.
  • Direct and evaluate cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts.
  • Solicit operational/technical requirements, then prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work and submit for approval/processing.
  • Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award and support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables; track obligations/expenditures.
  • Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing, and integration of intelligence.
  • Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence efforts across the DoD.
  • Develop and present briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel.


Qualifications

Required:

  • U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance/access or TS/SCI eligibility
  • BS/BA degree
  • Reports to Dayton OH work location on a full-time basis

Desired:

  • Specific direct experience performing program/project management tasks in support of DoD or IC missions (IC expereince preferred)
  • Specific direct knowledge and experience with program/project management-related activity associated with MASINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, TECHINT, and/or All Source Analysis
  • PMP certification
  • Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
