Job Title: Financial Aid/ Student Services Specialist (REMOTE) Pay Rate: $20.00 per hr on W2 Location: 2411 West 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281 Duration: 4+ Months Must: Student Information System. Roles and Responsibilities: 60% - Provides comprehensive student support, specializing in enrollment services and financial aid via phone, email, chat, text, and other modes to prospective and current students. 20% - Collects, inputs, modifies, and verifies student information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Student Information System (SIS), and other systems. 10% - Assists with training, quality assurance, vendor management, and/or other projects pertinent to the daily operations of the Maricopa Contact Center. 10% - Other duties as assigned This position operates with the highest level of customer service via phone, email, chat, text, and other communication modes. This position works collaboratively with a team to provide remote customer service and communications for a diverse population of students and campus admission, records and registration and financial aid representatives. The position utilizes strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and leverages multiple technology systems to efficiently help students navigate all aspects of the enrollment and financial aid processes. Required Experience: Student Information System. Require Skills: May be required to sit for a long period of time; viewing a computer monitor. May be required to lift or carry up to 25 lbs. May be required to work evenings and weekends. Must be in good standing with the Department of Education as it relates to Federal Financial Aid.
