Job Description The Airframes Division Contracts Manager will interface with internal and external customers, in coordination with the Airframes Segment Contracts Director in setting strategic revisions to terms and conditions for commercial or Government contracts, primarily Non-Disclosure/PIA Agreements and Third-Party Special Contracts, along with negotiations for aerospace manufacturing sales agreements, amendments, and other forms of contracts as they arise. This position is expected to be filled by someone who can work and execute independently but also will inform and advise the Contracts Director and Business Development teams of areas for improving terms and conditions, as well as support the administrative process of managing contracts administration and electronic communication systems, electronic approval workflows, while developing process improvements. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $97,800 to $130,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
