Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to research, design, and implement AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing accounting processes and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the acquisition, cleaning, and processing of large datasets for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Develop and support the implementation of models to optimize accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency, enhancing client value.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, providing recommendations for improvements based on analytical findings and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology, incorporating innovative methodologies into projects and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning and discussions on business growth and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis techniques, and their application in business solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with the ability to write and debug code for data analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings in an accessible and actionable format.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced industry.
  • Experience with accounting or finance data is advantageous but not a prerequisite, highlighting the role's interdisciplinary nature.
  • Monitor and support software, operating systems and hardware technology
  • Troubleshoot and document issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to mitigate risk and optimize technology

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines
  • Ability to document daily activities and system functions
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
