Summary:

The Front Office Team Lead provides daily oversight of front office receptionist staff and operations within the department to ensure efficient scheduling, patient intake, data entry, and communication processes. This role functions as a working lead and coordinates the administrative workflow, supports team members, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. The role serves as a liaison between referral sources, the clinical staff and administrative support teams to ensure products are present for patient appointments, fostering a patient-centered and compliant work environment.

Education and Experience

• High School or GED equivalent degree

• 2 years office experience required

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• CPR (Heart Saver) required
