Work Location: 435 North Avenue Building Indiana, Pa 15701 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: Performs assignments related to the maintenance of buildings and equipment throughout the bank with some renovation responsibilities. Performs repairs to some plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, phone systems, woodworking, and various installations. Meet on site with Senior Maintenance Technicians as necessary to assist in projects or repairs. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training, trade school or a two-year degree. Experience: One to two years specialized experience, specifically, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Construction. Valid PA Driver's License required. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 5% of the day; Operates office equipment: 5% of the day; travels: 15% of the day. Operates tools and construction equipment: 45% of the day. The job requires bending and twisting which is moderate in speed. Standing and sitting are required. Walking is required which is moderate in speed. Routinely lifts 25 lbs. and maximum lift is 70 lbs. must be able to lift, move and/or carry up to 70 lbs with the ability to work from a ladder. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20". Requires a valid driver's license. Work is routinely performed inside and outside in all seasons.
