About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Digital IT team. In this role you will be working within Gore Medical's Sales and Marketing team primarily leveraging the Salesforce platform with additional contributions to SAP, Veeva, and others. The Gore Medical Sales and Marketing IT team practices Scaled Agile ("SAFe") methodologies. This role will be working as part of one or more Scrum team, where you will partner with others to create and prioritize a backlog of work. Additionally, the BA role will drive deep dive conversations with Business stakeholders for specific functionality within the space. Stakeholders include MedicalSales and Marketing Leadership, MedicalIT Leadership and Regional Leaders.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on the execution of the Sales and Marketing workstream, leveraging core Platforms
  • Ensure development and accuracy of Backlog Items
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning events once a quarter as a lead key representative of your workstream
  • Coordinate and lead discovery meetings with stakeholders, IT leaders and others to understand the complex interactions between amongst our users and solutions
  • Coordinate and lead Agile and Scrum activities

Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working within the Medical Device or other regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience translating stakeholder requirements to technical work items
  • Knowledge and understanding of Sales and Marketing domains
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working
  • Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding and experience of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, including ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Proven experience in backlog grooming, user story creation, and writing acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Comfortable using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally 15%



Desired Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or Science discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working in Scrum or similar Agile methodologies and/or Salesforce
  • Working knowledge with SAP
