The Operations and Information Management Division at Babson College is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure track position in Information Systems (including digital technologies and analytics) starting in the 2026-27 academic year. Our expectation is to hire at the Assistant level, but individuals with exceptional experience could be considered at the Associate level. We are seeking applicants with a business background and strong technical skills in AI/ML application and use. The ideal candidate should be able to teach core undergraduate and graduate courses and partake in the division's efforts to develop a comprehensive portfolio of technology courses focused on AI/ML to align with industry demands. About the Operations and Information Management Division (OIM) The Operations and Information Management (OIM) Division at Babson College is a community of collaborative, supportive colleagues, skilled at creative, experiential teaching methods. TheOIMdivision comprises: (1) Eleven (11) academic professors with Ph.D. degrees and consulting experience who are accomplished researchers and exceptional teachers. Of the 11, 5 specialize in Information Systems (including data management and analytics and digital transformation) and 6 specialize in Innovation and Operations Management. (2) Eight (8) professors of practice who have extensive industry connections (consulting and training) and, (3) nine (9) adjunct professors who are practitioners in their respective fields.
