Introduction Customer Care and Billing Architect will be responsible for re-architecting and redesigning multiple layers of the middleware to support performance tuning and mitigate chronic issues impacting customer facing digital channels. Their focus will be on identifying, failure, remediation, and refactoring. A deep understanding of CC&B Product experience and utility process functional knowledge is required to simplify, modernize, and optimize the middleware. Required for this opportunity. * Oracle Fusion Middleware: Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including SOA Suite, ADF, WebCenter, and BPM * Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, XML, and web services (RESTful and SOAP) for developing customized solutions and integrations * Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC): Skills in configuring and deploying integration processes using OIC * Familiarity with RESTful services and SOAP-based web services for seamless integration * Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, SQL queries, and PL/SQL for managing data interactions * Experience in customizing and enhancing Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business needs * Ability to analyze and optimize system performance * Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues within Oracle Fusion applications * Understanding of Oracle security measures and identity management to protect data integrity * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and how to implement them within Oracle Cloud * Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex integration and architectural challenges Location and Travel Details This opportunity is remote.
