Compliance Specialist

Responsible for ensuring that the company's export activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement export compliance programs and processes that meet regulatory requirements and minimize the risk of non-compliance. Provide comprehensive and proactive compliance support to the business, particularly to the engineering departments. Help enforce regulatory and company policy compliance governing the export of goods, technology, and information.

• Bachelor's degree required, STEM degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Engineering or technical background a plus but not required
• Experience working with automotive a plus
