Job Description: Satair (an Airbus services company) is looking for a Master Data Coordinator to join our Master Data Management department based in Miami, FL. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing data management and data quality support to our global company's daily operations and customers. Your Working Environment: Our Miami site is located close to downtown Miami and only 10 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). This location supports all of our Americas customers, but is crucial to our Latin American operations due to its close proximity to Latin America and the Caribbean. This site manufactures about 38,000 certified Eaton hose assemblies a year. Additionally, our Miami site is the home of the regional FAA-145 repair station, which was established in March of 2017. Your Challenges: Primary Responsibilities: Data Management: 80%
Create and handle data validation per company policies. This task requires review of large datasets and to validate that the data is correct before uploading the data into the company's SAP system. Follow and understand the company policies to ensure data management tasks are completed in a compliantly. Advise internal customers on the best data set-up for a specific requirement. Guide the internal customers on how to ensure a proper data quality and/or advise on how the load templates must be filled. Continuously monitor, maintain and update the correct level of master data. Ensure that only correct data is uploaded and when we are asked to change data it is changed in a compliant way. Participate in process improvements.

Bachelors degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience using master data in a business relation where master data is frequently used or minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar position and an understanding of the importance of data quality. 5% Domestic and International travel involved Required in-person training during the first month will be onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark. Authorized to travel to Europe. US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license) Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) Excel skills Knowledge of SAP PLM/SAP MM or similar experience from other ERP systems.
Preferred:
Master in business administration or similar field 3 years Experience with creation and changing of master data and experience from the aviation industry 5 years of experience using master data in a business relation on daily basis in the aviation industry Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong interest in master data management. Prior knowledge and experience in utilizing SAP and performing Master Data management

When going to meetings, other locations etc. Pushing / Pulling: Able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools as needed. Sitting: Able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on a computer. The work is in an office setting in front of the computer screen. Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. It is required but will often be planned in good time before departure Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. 20% Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site - N/A Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
