UPG is seeking a Financial Application System Administrator. Applicants should have the following education and experience:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: 7+ years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * Under general supervision, contributes to the development, installation, maintenance, and modification of UPG financial and business applications in order to meet user/customer needs and health system requirements. * Acts as the liaison between the operational or functional user areas and technical staff. * Often communicates technical solutions to teammates and management and provides assistance to teammates in an effort to enhance the overall services provided by the team. * Maintains or develops application and process documentation as necessary. * Provides expertise in the area of software licensing. * Provides detail cost calculations across UPG IT for use in the annual MOU agreement. * Maintains UPG servers for life cycle replacement, SSL certificates, and security updates. * Provides subject matter expertise in the negotiation and ongoing maintenance of IT-related contracts. * Communicates appropriately and professionally at all times. * In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: 7+ years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Licensure: None required PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
