Job OverviewThe Director, FP&A- New Business & MIX will be responsible for leading the MIX finance team responsible for supporting M&A evaluations/analytics, M&A financial integration, new businesses and core marketing functions (such as creative, media, sponsorships, business development). Given T-Mobile's long-range growth aspirations it is important to strategically evaluate multiple M&A opportunities and once a decision has been made to acquire a company coordinate the financial integration including defining synergy commitments and tracking progress against delivery of synergy commitments. This position will be responsible for influencing senior leaders across strategy, finance and other impacted organizations around M&A opportunities. This position will also provide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, business case/ROI analysis for the leaders in the MIX team responsible for new businesses and core marketing functions. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
