Staffmark is hiring a Quality Metrics Coordinator for a well-respected healthcare organization in Siloam Springs, AR. If you're passionate about improving healthcare quality and have a strong foundation in clinical support and data reporting, this could be your next big opportunity!

Pay: $19-$21/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Quality Metrics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting quality and population health initiatives by capturing and reporting EMR data, training clinical staff, and working with external partners to enhance overall performance in quality care metrics.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Quality Metrics Manager with value-based care and quality initiative tracking
  • Leverage EMR systems and payer portals for quality improvement and reporting
  • Train clinical teams on best practices to support QA/QI performance
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to align on metrics reporting and optimization
  • Prepare presentations and support materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro
  • Participate in internal quality committees and attend external metric meetings
  • Stay current on program requirements via webinars and trainings
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory standards are upheld
  • Support additional duties as assigned to improve clinic performance and patient care



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certified Medical Assistant (RMA or CMA) required due to chart documentation responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a must
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro
  • Interest or background in data analytics or statistics is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, and conferences (some overnight travel may be required)
