The firm is seeking a full-time Senior Legal Personnel Coordinator to join the Legal Personnel department/Professional Development department in our New York Office. This is a full-time, exempt position.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Team Lead for the attorney Spring and Fall reviews.
  • Work closely with the Accounting department to obtain hours worked, attendance, and additional required data for the review process.
  • Team Lead for creating promotion review book materials (counsel and partners promotions).
  • Liaison to Staffing Coordinators (Litigation and Corporate) to ensure accounting data of attorney hours are accurate in advance of creating review books.
  • Participate in the coordination and logistics of the Fall Associate program.
  • As needed, provide support with attorney onboarding and offboarding procedures.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a law firm environment.
  • Experience working in viGlobal performance management (preferably Wave Platform) and BlackBerry Workspace.
  • Strong Technical Skills.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Experience navigating, entering data and generating reports in HCM, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • Perform under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team and other administrative departments.
  • Possess strong detail and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate high professionalism.
