Specializes in providing routine administrative support as directed under moderate supervision, for the Director of Diabetes Clinical Research. Will assist with daily coordination and communication to ensure the smooth operation of various business functions and serve as a point of contact for internal and external collaborators.
Responsibilities may include: Providing administrative support to individuals who may include internal and external executives or department heads, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assisting with the planning, execution and monitoring of clinical trial activities, by ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met in accordance with executed clinical trial agreements. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external associates, including employees, clients, vendors, and partners. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Remain knowledgeable of business unit policies. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. Completes routine tasks under moderate supervision.
