Job Description
Location: New York, NYThe Archive Fellowship is designed to provide hands-on career experience for aspiring journalists in a professional media organization. Conde Nast seeks to hire one graduate student to work directly with the Director, Library & Archive in order to learn not only the processes of the archive, but also gain a better understanding of the entire editorial process at Conde Nast. The fellow will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the day-to-day work in providing library and archival material for articles for publication under the research department. Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Candidates will have deep interest in not only writing but multiple aspects of media publication. Candidates must have the desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, be detail-oriented, and display strong communication skills. Prior journalism and/or professional research experience is not required but is a plus. The fellowship will run for approximately 8 weeks. The fellow is expected to work 35-40 hours per week.
