Pay Range: $73,806 - $90,800
Job Summary:

The Salesforce Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. Working closely with a senior Salesforce/CRM leader and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures the system aligns with business goals, enhances operational efficiency, and drives data-informed decision-making. This position reports to the Product Manager, CRM Services.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Salesforce ProductSpecialist role, with daily use of Salesforce.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement, including participation in projects or campaigns utilizing these tools.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables in collaboration with a technical lead or product owner.
  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce declarative features such as custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Strong communications skills with a proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certification is a plus (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
  • Familiarity with third-party integration tools and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato).
  • Understanding of data governance, integrity best practices, and strategies to drive user adoption.
  • Experience working in remote teams and Agile or Scrum environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior Salesforce/CRM leader and business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine CRM requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce functionality, including custom fields, objects, validation rules, flows, and page layouts, to meet business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective, scalable CRM solutions within existing architecture and governance standards.
  • Assist in developing end-user documentation, onboarding materials, and training resources.
  • Conduct functional testing of enhancements, features, and integrations to ensure readiness before deployment.
  • Manage data updates, monitor integration performance, and support ongoing data quality initiatives.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with developers and external vendors on technical solutions and troubleshooting.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant changes or improvements.
