The Medication History Technician plays a crucial role in patient admissions and medication reconciliation by obtaining and documenting accurate medication histories under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist for patients admitted to the hospital. This technician may also assist with other pharmacy technician duties.

Physical Demands - Job requires standing for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull less than 20lbs. Onboarding Requirements Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen. Position Compensation Range: $20.68 - $32.05 HourlyBenefits
