The Vice President, Digital Engineering leads the vision, development, and delivery of scalable digital platforms and enterprise applications that power the organization's growth, efficiency, and user experience. This role oversees full-stack software engineering, product management, and experience design-with a focus on building and supporting enterprise-wide digital products that serve all business segments. A key responsibility of this role is to transform the Digital Engineering organization into a modern, product- and customer-centric team. By embedding Customer Experience (CX) principles, agile product practices, and experience-led design, the VP will accelerate the company's digital maturity and ensure solutions meet real user needs with measurable impact. Responsibilities
Lead Digital Transformation and Product Delivery
Drive Strategic Direction: Champion digital engineering and product delivery, focusing on scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Build Product Management: Establish roles, responsibilities, and frameworks for value-focused delivery.
- Innovate Platforms: Enhance ERP, CRM, SIS, and LMS with a hybrid build-and-buy approach.
- Form Cross-Functional PODs: Unite product, engineering, UX, and data teams to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
- Transform Teams: Guide a shift to a product- and customer-centric model using agile practices.
- Embed CX Principles: Ensure ease of use, adoption, and impact in product and platform design.
- Advance Digital Maturity: Lead cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern architecture.
- Collaborate for Integration: Work with business, data, and security teams for compliant, scalable solutions.
- Develop Talent: Recruit, mentor, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Advise Senior Leaders: Shape digital strategy and translate business needs into impactful outcomes.
- Maintain High Performance: Lead a motivated team with effective training, performance management, and career development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, digital product development, or technology leadership, with experience in scaling or transforming teams (required)
- Proven success standing up Product Management functions and agile delivery models (e.g., PODs)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern architecture
- Strong track record delivering enterprise platforms and integrating commercial solutions (ERP, CRM, SIS, LMS)
