Job Summary:

Compass Group's Creative Studio is a dynamic in-house agency that powers the growth of the nation's largest foodservice company through innovative, visually compelling sales content. We're looking for a strategic, detail-driven designer who brings stories to life through bold creative.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in supporting high-value sales opportunities by designing everything from immersive, magazine-style proposals and branded packaging to executive presentations and custom collateral. You'll transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that stand out in competitive environments and directly impact revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-visibility design projects that require advanced creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Provide hands-on oversight of sales and retention materials-ensuring visual alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Design a range of client-facing content, including proposals, presentations, brochures, digital assets, and microsites.
  • Translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals that tell a cohesive story.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retention, Operations, and SMEs to align design strategy with client goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress using workflow and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Teams).
  • Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and resources for team-wide use.
  • Mentor and onboard graphic designers, providing feedback to support growth, quality, and consistency.
  • Introduce new tools, techniques, and design trends to elevate team creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or proposal environments.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital work.
  • Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
