LOCATION OF (2) POSITION(S) TO BE FILLED: DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION, DAVIDSON COUNTY Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to three years of full-time professional experience in social services, human services, corrections, re-entry, or child support case management. Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying full-time professional experience in a related field as listed above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Applicants for this class must: Overview This classification performs child support re-entry work of average difficulty. An employee in this class is responsible for providing direct services and intensive case management to justice-involved parents. This classification performs responsibilities at the working level under general supervision. This class differs from that of the DHS Program Manager in that the incumbent of the latter supervises employees in this classification. This class differs from that of the DHS Child Support Case Manager in that incumbents of the latter are responsible for establishing paternity and setting, enforcing, and modifying support. This classification is required to travel extensively, including overnight and weekend state-wide travel. Responsibilities
