This role covers Lebanon, Berks, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Delaware Counties. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Regional Program Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Promote the Bureaus of Savings and Unclaimed Property programs through meetings, events, conferences, consultations, personal outreach, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop and coordinate relationships with community groups, the public, and industry stakeholders to enhance program awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute outreach programs tailored to specific audiences, adapting collateral and messaging to their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate outreach methods and strategies with other Bureau of Savings Programs employees to identify new audiences for event participation and community involvement.

You will also:

  • Communicate directly with the public at events to address questions about Treasury and its Consumer Programs.
  • Be self-directed and possess excellent time management skills.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch with required evenings and weekends for events and regular daily travel in your region.
  • May be required to travel to other regions in the Commonwealth to assist with events.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of experience in outreach, partnership building and/or relationship management; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Requirements:

  • You must have a valid PA driver's license and use of a personal vehicle in good working order and the ability to travel extensively within the Southeast Region of Pennsylvania, with the ability to regularly travel outside of that region.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must reside in one of the following counties: Lebanon, Berks, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, or Delaware.
  • You must be able to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50lbs.
  • You must be able to assemble exhibit booth requiring finger dexterity, lifting and bending.
  • You much be able to spend at least an hour standing without a rest/break
  • You must have experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, web-based utilities or the ability to learn relevant software to perform job duties.
  • You must have experience in outreach, partnership building, and/or relationship management.
  • You must have experience and are comfortable with public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Ability to effectively utilize sales tracking software and a customer management system for systematic follow-up.
  • Experience working with financial and/or investment products and/or services.
