Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering SMTS in Bellevue, WA: Job Duties: Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams of UX designers, product managers, and engineering partners to translate business use-cases to engineering designs and delivery plans to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. Active contributor of a scrum team building data visualizations, widgets, dashboards, collaboration, and AI assisted capabilities enabling users to explore their data and take actions. Participate in design and code reviews, break down and estimate work, select and incorporate appropriate tools and frameworks for the job. Proactively identify continuous improvement areas and drive initiatives to boost tooling, automation and integration speed focusing on developer productivity, release velocity and product quality. Explore, experiment, and implement new Analytics platform capabilities powering Salesforce's next generation analytics and intelligence applications. Rapidly iterate on proof-of-concept implementations to get new initiatives off the ground with an eye towards eventual productization. Telecommuting is an option. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)). Special Skill Requirements: (1) Designing and building software; (2) Using applied machine learning; (3) Designing data-centric distributed systems; and (4) Writing code. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Salary: $143,300.00 - $216,700.00 per annum.
