Overview Provides clinical and consultative support to Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Interdisciplinary Care Team Managers regarding complex rehab related clinical and/or customer service issues. Provides mentoring and leadership to less experienced OTs. Also provides physical therapy services to VNS Home Care patients. Develops and implements a plan of care consistent with the Agency's goals and Rehabilitation department policies and procedures. Works under general supervision.
