Location: Monroe Township, NJ
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Operate machines such as paper cutters, corner rounders, and other bindery equipment.
• Handle tasks like punching, trimming, folding, stapling, gluing, and collating documents.
• Inspect printed materials to make sure pages are in order and free of defects.
• Perform hand assembly tasks including inserting pages, applying labels, and shrink-wrapping.
• Pack, stack, and transport materials on pallets as needed.
• Stay reliable with attendance and work well with your team.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety instructions.
• Good communication skills and basic math ability.

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Nice to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
