Summary:

The Sales Transformation Lead plays a critical role in driving business growth by streamlining sales processes, increasing seller productivity, and enabling scalable, AI-powered GTM execution. This role partners directly with Sales Leadership, Field Operations, Business Intelligence (BI), IT, Master Data Management (MDM), and Marketing to deliver cross-functional solutions that reduce friction and accelerate execution. Using tools like Salesforce, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Agentforce, the Sales Transformation Lead integrates automation and generative AI into core sales workflows, empowering sellers to move faster, focus on high-value activities, and close deals more efficiently. The result is a more agile, collaborative, and insight-driven sales engine that supports predictable revenue growth and operational scale. Sunnyvale, CA preferred, remote can be an option.

Key Responsibilities



  • Partner directly with sales reps and leaders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual tasks in the sales process
  • Optimize Salesforce (SFDC) workflows through automation and system enhancements that improve forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales productivity
  • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions using tools such as AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini to support day-to-day sales activities (e.g., meeting prep, call summaries, follow-up drafting, account research, customer briefs)
  • Apply prompt engineering best practices to customize generative AI workflows tailored to sales-specific use cases and GTM priorities
  • Build scalable, repeatable workflows that integrate AI assistants into core sales motions across outreach, opportunity management, and deal acceleration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, IT, Partner Operations and Marketing to ensure alignment on tooling, process, and training


Qualifications



  • Deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes and common GTM challenges
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Salesforce-focused roles supporting a B2B sales organization
  • Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce
  • Practical experience integrating and applying AI tools like AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini in a sales environment
  • Skilled in prompt engineering and building AI-driven workflows for tasks such as content generation, data summarization, and decision support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner directly with sales reps and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments preferred

Minimum Salary: $141,600.00

Maximum Salary:$203,550.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $141,600.00 and $203,550.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
